When I was a kid my mom would have to remind me to do some chore I pushed to the bottom of my to do list. In response I would often say “I know”, being sure to be out of her line of sight as I rolled my eyes.
Now that I have my own children I find that when they respond to me with an ,”I know” I have to let them know that knowing is a good start but I need them to “do”.
Knowing what you want or need to do is necessary for sure. But, as long as that vision, dream, or task is a thought instead of an action then you will remain in the same place.
You have to start no matter how small it is. Knowing is essential, but putting your thoughts and ideas into action is monumental!
